FAQ

60V Lithium Battery Charger FAQ

What charging voltage is used for a 60V Li-ion battery?

For the 16S Li-ion configuration in this range, the charging voltage is 67.2V. The selected charger must also match the battery and BMS charging requirements.

What charging voltage is used for a 60V LiFePO4 battery?

For the 20S LiFePO4 configuration in this range, the charging voltage is 73.0V. Confirm the battery specification and BMS charging limit before selecting a charger.

How do I choose the correct charging current?

Choose from the available 2A–50A options without exceeding the maximum charging current permitted by the battery or BMS. A higher charging current is not automatically suitable for every battery.

Can the plug, connector, cable, logo and packaging be customized?

Yes. OEM/ODM project options can include AC plug, DC connector, cable length, logo, product label and packaging after the electrical configuration is confirmed.
